Shipping Questions
Time to Ship
We display the longest potential processing time on each product page. Processing time is the time is takes us to personalize and/or process your order from when you place it to the time it is shipped. Most orders will usually ship within two to four business days. Personalized glassware, however, may take up to five weeks to produce and ship.
At the time of shipment, we will email you, notifying you of the shipment, the date, the shipping method and the UPS tracking number, if available. Standard shipping is UPS Ground Delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are based on the UPS method of determining the rate, which is a calculation of: package weight, package dimensions, and distance to destination. Their rate schedule is built into our website to do these calculations automatically. Our calculator will tell you exactly how much shipping charges are when you reach the "Shipping/Payment" screen in the checkout process and have provided your "Ship Via" information.
Shipping Methods & Destinations
In the U.S., we offer shipping via UPS Ground Delivery. Please keep in mind that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. We also ship to Canada via UPS regularly without difficulty. However, please note that Canadian Customs can and does hold packages for inspection. Rates for UPS Standard shipping to Canada DO NOT include charges for Canadian Customs clearance, which may result in Customs brokerage charges, duties, and/or taxes being due (by you, the buyer) upon delivery by UPS. Also, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $45 surcharge from UPS. We normally do not ship outside of the U.S., Puerto Rico or Canada, but some items may be able to be shipped internationally. Please inquire via the "Contact Us" page as to whether such orders can be accommodated.
Return Policy
We have every expectation that you will be pleased with your order. However, we will replace any item that is defective for reason of manufacture or an error on our part at our total expense. Also, in the unlikely event that we ship you an item or items different than those which you ordered, we will replace them at our sole expense.
In addition, you may return anything except the items in the category below:
Samples. Unlike many favors retailers, we do not require minimum quantity orders on the items we offer (except on selected personalized favors); therefore, we cannot accept returns of single items.
Partial Order Returns. Due to our quantity pricing, we cannot accept returns of partial orders.
Customized Orders. Any item that has been personalized, monogrammed, engraved or embroidered cannot be returned, unless the mistake was ours.
Clothing. Any items that may have been worn (including garters, t-shirts, caps, and flip-flops) are not returnable.
Consumables. Items such as wedding reception bubbles cannot be returned.
Personal Care Items. Items such as manicure and other kits, and opened soap favors cannot be returned.
Standard Return Policy on All Other Wedding Favor Source Items
Please contact us via email at customercare@weddingfavorsource.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your package. All returns must have a RA number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. No returns will be credited without an issued RA number. Please note that we are unable to accept partial order returns.
All returns must be sent to the warehouse address on the item's original packaging. You may return new, unopened items in their original packaging within thirty (30) days of your UPS delivery date for an exchange or full refund, less shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns past 30 days calculated from the UPS delivery date. Please insure your parcel as we will not be able to offer you credit on any merchandise that is damaged or lost in return transit.
If the returned item(s) causes your order to fall below our free shipping threshold, you will be subject to the original shipping charges. If you return an entire order which received free shipping, you will be responsible for the original shipping on the order. Please note that customers are responsible for paying for return shipping, except in the instance where an error was made by us.
